Shipping policy

Our processing time is 2 - 5 working days (excluding bank holidays & weekends) - this is the time is takes us to make, package and ship your items. Shipping price is calculated at checkout by our courier, this is based on weight & the size of your parcel.

All orders are sent Tracked with Royal Mail - either Tracked48 (2 - 4 working days) or Tracked24 (1 - 2 working days). You will receive a shipping update email when your order has been shipped, it will contain your tracking number and a link to check where your parcel is.

We do offer International Tracked shipping with Royal Mail for on all orders outside the UK, this is calculated at checkout by our courier based on weight. Please note we will not be held liable for any customs charges that may be payable on arrival of your parcel.

The above shipping times are just a guide, there may be delays. If you parcel is delayed please contact the courier for updates - Jelly Melts will not be held responsible for any delayed, damaged or lost parcels, once we have passed the parcel over to the courier we are no longer responsible.

Please check all shipping information is correct before placing your order, if you have input incorrect information please contact us as soon as possible. We will not be held responsible for any parcels that have been sent to an incorrect address.

Please note if we receive returned parcels (they have not been collected from the sorting office, redelivery has not been arranged, the parcel has been refused, etc...) you will be refunded less a handling fee of £5.00.
